"Went when it first opened and it was bad. Came for my birthday and it was terrible. Bad food, bad service, it was just bad overall. Couldn’t get the order right the multiple times it was brought out. There was nobody there and it took forever for them to take our order and get the food out. Asked for condiments and other things including rolls several times and it took them several trips before they even brought it out. The streaks tasted like rubber and just wasn’t good. The ticket was not even right. My family has had a terrible experience and we will not be going back!"
"I have eaten at Logan's Roadhouse several times and have never been disappointed. I went the other day for my birthday, with my family and I had an amazing time. The food was great, the dining area was clean and well attended to and the service was incredible. Our servers name was Hailey, and she was friendly, helpful and very attentive. She really went above and beyond. The whole staff made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant and try to get Hailey if you can, although everyone was helpful and kind to me and my whole family. 10/10 definitely recommend Logan's!"
"Got the Teryaki Chicken, the sauce was bland, the chicken was dry, and the rice was luke warm and tasted like minute rice. I was told that I still had to pay for it despite only taking two bites. I took a second bite thinking surely I am just imagining it. Yep, was still bad!"
"Logan's is hit or miss on their food while the service is great. The steak is juicy and delicious, but the onion rings are mostly batter and air. They look amazing (see picture) but it's all for show. Order the potato skins if you want a great appetizer. The steak was medium rather than medium rare, but the server did ask if it was how I ordered it. I'm not one to waste food so I accepted it and enjoyed it rather than sending it back."
"We stopped for dinner while on business trip.Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was comfortable. Waitstaff was little off. Our waitress was sweet but having an off night. Staff were not on the same page. Took a while to get checks and then a while to get cards ran and paid. Was an average visit."
