"This review is not for the care but for the complete LACK of organization in the office. We've been trying for 2 months now to get a verified amount that we owe on braces, but the number keeps changing and/or they don't have time to research/call us. When we do chat with them, they don't seem to have a clue as to what's going on, argue with us, and aren't the least bit apologetic about the situation."
