Pediatric Dentistry of Texarkana

"Do NOT take your children to this dentist. We believe they committed insurance fraud by doing extensive work on our child under anesthesia that was not necessary. When our son was 3 years old we took him in for a tiny cavity on a tooth. We were told it would be a simple filling, but required anesthesia because of his age. Our child came out of anesthesia with a mouth FULL of drilled down nub teeth, with poorly placed veneers. We were shocked and blindsided. Within a few weeks, two of these teeth had to be pulled due to infection. At this particular visit, I asked to be given a detailed list of what work had been done, and I was accidentally handed another child’s dental work, revealing that the EXACT same work had apparently done to someone else’s child, which I don’t think is a coincidence. We met another person later, who had a very similar experience with this dentist destroying their young child’s teeth. Shortly after my son had this work, since we were concerned about what had taken place, we went to another dentist, who was heartbroken and appalled by what he saw. He said none of it was necessary. Because of this dentist, my son’s entire childhood has been riddled with dental problems and all the distress that comes with it. If I can spare one child this nightmare, this review will be worth it. We were warned by acquaintances not to go here, but we were ultimately deceived by the glowing reviews which, (shocker) are incentivized."

"I love Pediatric Dentistry of Texarkana! From the front desk (receptionist) to the techs to the dentists (Dr. Glass/Dr. Bunch), they are the best! The kids (my grands) love going here and all the staff. They make sure they are comfortable and at ease before all procedures. They treat them (all) with respect, kindness, gratitude, professionalism, and love! Thanks for all you do!"

"My 2 older girls (3 and 2) have been patients here and we just added our 2 week old to the list because of a tongue/lip tie. They are amazing with all 3 kids. Made my 2 oldest feel comfortable and took great care of our newborn. The process is always quick but thorough. They are even super understanding and helpful with insurance issues! Definitely plan to keep this place as their dentist for as long as possible!"

"Some of the nicest people, very quick and attentive. I can even text them pictures of what's going on with my child instead of driving an hour for a consultation. The dentists are very good with all types of children and the hygienists kill it getting kids in out out for cleanings. The lobby is well setup to ease kids tensions before procedures. Highly recommend this place!"
