"I have been shopping all the e-commerce bike stores for two months searching for a good deal on a mid level gravel bike. Erik’s had insanely low prices on so many bikes. Honestly I don’t know how they are able to sell some of these bikes so cheap but it worked out great for me and allowed me to get the perfect ride and keep it under budget. PLUS they’re online customer support is amazing and extremely responsive which is unusual since most companies only use AI customer support but they have REAL people assisting which is awesome. "Two days before my Colorado ski trip I decided to buy new ski poles, and I’m glad I got them here! As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who asked what I was looking for and showed me exactly where the ski poles were. He helped me through the whole process of picking them out and what to look for in good ski poles. I decided on a pair and he offered to hold them at the counter for me while I continued to shop! The store was pretty quiet, but they had a lot of stuff on sale which made me very happy! I even got my ski poles on sale! Overall I enjoyed my visit in the store and the conversations I had with the employees. They were very helpful and friendly, I got what I came in for!"
