"You definitely do not want to take you fur babies to this place. We took our 7 year old Shih-Poo to be groomed in February 2024. I received a call about 12:00 pm saying she is having a Cesar. My husband & I were only 2 blocks away. When we arrived she had already passed away & was hard as a rock and very hot to the touch with a red rash all over. Jazz Ross & her boyfriend were pretending to do CPR. Our baby had been dead for hours before calling me. Jazz Ross put her in the dryer & forgot about her & suffered a massive heat stroke. She was in perfect health & had a perfect health record. If you want to see your sweet fur baby alive.DO NOT TAKE THEM AT BARKS & BUBBLES!"

"Please do not take you fur babies to this place. On February 6th I took my sweet 7 year old poodle mix to this spa and she died of a massive heatstroke while at this spa and under the care of (Jazz) Jazlyn Ross. My tootsie was in perfect health so pleas tell Me how a 6.5 pound dog has a massive heat stroke in February inside your building. Buyer beware. Please don’t let this happen to your baby. I’m attaching the full necropsy report done on my tootsie after we left the spa. Please don’t let this happen to your babies. The owner of this shop never reached out to us after this happened. Instead she called her attorney. What does that tell you. Please protect your babies."

"Jazz is always amazing with my doodle mix! I'm picky about his haircuts and she's always more than happy to groom him how I ask or make any adjustments if something doesn't come out like I thought it would. Sometimes he gets a mohawk, sometimes shorter or longer on the tail, ears, etc and she always comes through for us. He's also always happy to see her when I drop him off so I know she's taking care of him when I'm not there! I'd recommend her to anyone needing grooming needs of any kind."
