"I can't use the app to refill my prescription because it is a scheduled drug. I have to call. After 21 minutes on hold I get a "CVS pharmacy, please hold". No idea how much longer I'll have to wait. It is literally faster for me to walk a couple miles to talk to someone then call. Note: I haven't had a problem with the employees. I just assume they are incredibly short staffed as other people have pointed out."

"Manager needs to be fired!! I delivered there 1 day. A really nice employee was helping me originally, then manager stormed in back room, barking orders. Kicked me out "OF HER STORE"! Filing a complaint at CVS Headquarters!"

"First, the people working here are nice, I have no issues with them, but I shutter every time I have to go here. Today I did the drive thru pharmacy pick-up knowing the window doesn't open till 9am. At 9:05 window was still closed, used the call button but nobody came. There is a sign on the window talking about how short staffed they are, and if you see them inside, they are working with indoor customers. Your window wait time could be up to 20 minutes. It must be impossible to do a counter customer then window customer and so on, and so forth. Doesn't seem like rocket science. However, if your store is not equipped to run window service, then shut it down and make everyone come inside. I opted to use the window since I recently had foot surgery and it is very uncomfortable to walk. About a month ago I was in the ER with chest palpitations. Doctors prescribed medication and, on purpose, I waited 2 hours before going to pick up the medication. You would think it would have been ready. Nope, they had not even started on it. Staff told me to sit and wait until they could get to it, maybe in a half hour. Yep, that is where I want to sit and wait after an emergency room visit. I left without the medication and didn't go back until the next day, was too worn out. Thank God I didn't need that prescription to go on living. Sadly my insurance dictates where I have to get my prescriptions filled. I really miss the quality of Walgreens, I have to figure out how to get my insurance to cover prescriptions being filled there."

"Long wait times and dirty. The inside of this location is always in disarray and filthy, and the pharmacy is so understaffed that they've placed a sign in the drive-thru window stating it may take more than 20 minutes to be helped."
