"Brought my jacket in for prom to get Taylord, asked for a price before they even did the service because i wanted an idea because im only 17 and paying for my own things and would have taken my business elsewhere where if it was out of my budget range and they told me they’d let me know and kinda just took the suit back with them and gave me no price estimate, they then told me to come back in a week and so i Came back the day they told me and they said they needed more time on it, I again asked for a price and they just blew it off and said they’d call me with a price. The next day it was done with the service priced double what the jacket costed me and told me it was done. I Was really let down, there was no other option but to pay since i needed the suit. I felt like I was lied to the whole time. and again I’m 17 and I pay for things on my own, and this was a let down. Parents who pay for there kids stuff know that this stuff is expensive. I felt lied to. never going back."

"I brought in my dress with about a month away from my wedding day. I called other tailor shops and they were not available, but they were able to get me in right away. I had a second follow up after the first alteration within a week just to finalize everything. Total time was approximately 2 weeks, fast and high quality work! Very affordable price too. I also got my husband's pants hemmed prior to the wedding."

"These ladies are amazing. They do great work for a low cost and in a short amount of time. I've had all of my ripped pants brought in and dresses to be hemmed (including my wedding dress). I tell everyone about this place. Love you guys! Keep up the great work!"

"I dropped off my husbands leather vest to have some patches sewn on. I asked how much it would be when I left it. The young lady brought the vest back to the seamstress and showed it to her and she said it would be $20. They told me upon pick up it was $30. The other thing that bothered me was I dropped it off on a Wednesday (10 days before Memorial Day weekend) They told me I could pick it up in a week, after 4. The website says they're open until 6. I got there at 5:02 and they were closed. The next day I showed up at 5:15 on a Thursday. They were closed and now had a sign posted that they were closed all the way through Memorial weekend. It would have been nice of them to let me know they were going to be closed. I didnt think this was very professional. They did do a beautiful job on the vest itself, but the customer service could improve a bit."

"Was told the alterations would be done in a week for my daughter's prom dress. We were cutting it close, but I was assured the hem would be done. Went to pick it up and they had not even started it.. now it's too late and my daughter will be walking on her dress all night. 1st and last time I go here."
