"We went in on Wednesday to see if we could get a quick double-sided sweatshirt print before christmas and amazingly they said yes! However they don't carry sweatshirts in their building and would have to be ordered. They said if we brought in a sweatshirt they would print on it. We came back a few hours later. During the design process when she was lining things up on the back, I said "and can you make sure the text is below the hood so it can be read?" I realized how silly that was because why would you print something hidden by the hood and immediately said "of course you would print below the hood, you're professionals sorry" to which she replied, "we print on sweatshirts all the time, we will do that" turns out it wasn't a silly request because when we picked up the sweatshirt on Thursday the letters were right under the hood and couldnt be easily read. My husband called and asked if there was any way to fix this and they said if we brought in another sweatshirt they could do a reprint for free same day. He brought in another sweatshirt and they reprinted it correctly this time, so we appreciated that we could still get the sweatshirt in time for the holidays. The manager, however, refused to give any type of reimbursement/store credit to offset the cost of us having to buy an additional sweatshirt because of their error, because he said "in 10 years of operating we've never had an issue with our standard measurements to print on sweatshirts" and shrugged his shoulders. That's great for them, but cost us extra $$ and wasted time for an error they made. Would recommend somewhere else, especially if you're bringing your own garment to print on. AND they kept my first sweatshirt that I brought in - yikes."
