"Sent a prescription here for my baby and went to pick up 24 hours later to find out they had to order it. Pick up set for Monday (3 days later) and they said they would call to let me know it was ready. I called Tuesday since they never called, to find out that it was only in stock in Waconia! Got to waconia to find out i had to wait another 15 min for it to be filled. 1 week later and i have my prescription for my sick 10 month old."

"Worst customer service in the pharmacy possible. Take your prescriptions elsewhere. Take your business elsewhere. The store should be closed until they hire some new help and do some serious training. Was not always like this. Run the other way and don’t look back. That’s what I did today. About $80,000 a year in lost revenue for them. They don’t even care. Guessing they will have to start closing stores. Prescriptions will all end up online mail order sales soon. What a shame for people whose lives depend on some of these medications. Just another industry that has failed to adapt. So many businesses are trying to run without decent help. Trying to figure out how to make money without having to deal directly with customers or answer a phone. Self check out and ordering on a App. Good luck seniors. It’s just about everywhere you go."

"It should be 0 star! This place is not considerate of people’s time! Don’t care about people’s health. My 4 year old and I waited past an hour before being seen. Appointment made well in advance. And there was no apology whatsoever!"

"Pharmacy is a joke. I only go here because my insurance forces me to and there isn't another location close by. Your staff are over worked and there's clearly not enough of them to handle your business. Do better CVS"

"Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars. I have tried calling three times over the last two days at the Shakopee location and have waited for at least 30 minutes each call without success. Nobody answers the phone at that location. Prescription has been in process for over 48 hours. I do not recommend this site anymore, the service used to be great. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a pharmacy that actually cares and talks to people. If you do not want to answer the phone, hire more people or hire someone that will actually answer and talk to people"
