"I took my 8 year old son, told her I wanted a 3 on top and 1 on the sides, walked out with his entire head being a 1 & she said that what we asked for. We had asked her to line him up and she messed that up as well; ita all uneven. And she tried saying it was like that before his cut. Very unprofessional and never going back there again."

"i came here in march to get bangs and layers. she told me to grow my hair out more and come back for the layers because she couldn’t do it, so she only cut bangs. I went back and asked for the same thing but she said she’d do fake layers because I still didn’t have enough hair? after 7 months? my hair is longer and i like it short. i was telling her how i wanted it shorter but she proceeded to say she can’t do it how i wanted and basically cut off the bare minimum. I walked out with my hair and bangs looking the exact same, not to mention she charged extra just for dipping my hair in water, no products or anything just water. I asked for the bangs to be end mid eyebrow, they are just as long as before (will insert pic). I am so disappointed i wasted money on nothing!"
