"Seated at table and served drinks, requested cheese dip appetizer. 7 minutes or so later was informed that there was no cheese dip. None of the tables had parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes. Our table not only had no napkins but the dispenser looked older than the building and had a film of dirt on it. Table had plates upside down under the legs to balance it. Food was good, service was as expected. Needs someone to actually clean and ensure condiments are stocked."

"Loved the outside patio area. We asked our waitress to turn on the outside fireplace which made our visit 100x better. The 6in pizza with the lunch special is tiny but the salad is a good size and was very filling. Prices are high and I’m not for sure why. The pizza is good but they need to lower the cost."

"Followed directions, "wait to be seated" for almost 15 minutes and Noone acknowledged I was even there! It wasn't busy & I had a rather nice order to place!! Left & made an even better salad for 10 & saved myself money!! Their loss as I won't be back!"

"I have been a customer of U.S. Pizza for a few years now, I haven't been here in almost a year because every time I would order Chicken primavera, it wasn't fixed right. This time, I've made up my mind that I'm not wasting another dollar on U.S. Pizza. Tonight, I ordered chicken primavera, after making a long hard decision of should I get Chill's Cajun pasta or just go with U.S. pizza chicken primavera Pasta, and like the old saying go, always go with your first mind and I didn't...the first thing I noticed was that my pasta tasted like, a whole box of black pepper was put over it, I have never had pasta that tasted not only very spicy but it tasted just like black pepper.... the second thing that ruined it was that, it had half cook, almost raw squash rinds in it....the cook didn't put diced squash in it but the rinds of the squash, there was no actual squash in the entire plate!!! That did it for me, I was very upset!!! A $15 meal, and the cook, did not even try to prepare it the right way, it was just thrown together!!!! They will not be getting my money again...that was the last straw!!!"
