"not going back due to the billing department inability to get my insurance right"
"They have my preferred name on file, but they never call me by it. They even tried to tell me that it was illegal for them to do, which I have since been told by several other doctors is simply not true. To purposely make your patients uncomfortable, and then to lie about "having" to do it, is highly unethical."
"Fix your appointment scheduling. For the last 5 years, every time I've come here, I've had to wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time to even be called back, yet you have a sign up saying that, had I been just 5 minutes late, my appointment would be cancelled and I would owe money. A client shouldn't be held to higher standards than the professional that they are paying. Edit to add: Dr. Adams herself is amazing, and I'm so glad shes moving to a different practice in town."
"DR. LOYO is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I never have waited more than 10 minutes for my visit. I trust him 100% for my care. He is very personable. His nurse, as well as the front desk staff have always been efficient."
