"Though the store was visibly clean and everyone was doing their job the cashier was rude the whole time and it's policy if the customer isn't satisfied with the food, I got a pretzel that was over cooked and was crumbling apart. I whent and got a replacement and it was dripping in grease, when I tore off a piece and took a bite my mouth had more oil then pretzel."
"The kid working there named Sean had everything hot and fresh right when the mall opened so my son could get his favorite pretzel. He has a great work ethic and good attitude!"
"Pitiful service, ordered Pretzel dogs and was told 5 to 6 minutes, that's time came , was told 5 to 6 minutes again. After 25 minutes of waiting. I finally ask if almost done. Was told 5 to 6 minutes again. Got my money back. Oh and they weren't busy."
