"Lady who picked up the phone was rude and cut off sentences, I was trying my best to ask how much they charge for the service I was looking for, she hung up on me really fast and left me talking mid sentence."

"Vietnamese lady named Nina was the only one in the shop no customers yet she was in a hurry to cut my hair. I understand why be in customer care business if you don’t want to deal with people. She didn’t do a good job hair was uneven all I got was a trim but was charged for a haircut and even tipped her not a very nice lady please avoid this person."

"I'm a female with a short Bob. That's a basic short haircut. I showed a photo of what my hair looked like 6 weeks ago and said I needed an inch or so taken off and asked him to trim my sideburns but do not cut them off. I specifically asked him to leave my "sideburns" which basically was the long hair around my ears. It's part of a Bob. So instead he chopped them off all three or four inches of them. Now I 100% look like the actor Moe from "Larry, Moe and Curly" because I no longer have a Bob, I now have an ugly bowl cut. And I am female. This man either did not listen to me on purpose or he's just incompetent because I specifically told him he should trim the sideburns but leave them. My chin length sideburns are 100% gone and are completely snipped up above my ears. Now, next week I will have to go back to an expensive salon and pay 50$ to get my hair fixed because this lazy guy felt it was easier to chop off my sideburns than trim them, and gave me a legitimate bowl cut. He's not even capable of trimming a basic haircut without ruining it. Now I'll have to spend 2.5 times more money to fix this damage and what was supppsed to be an easy trim of a mid-length nice short haircut is going to end up leaving me with hardly no hair. This place does not care what you want, they will apply their scissors to your hair anyway they see fit. If you think you'll be able to just walk in and pay 20$ for a basic trim/maintenance, that's not what will happen. I think these people literally do not care about giving customers a good experience and I question whether this man even has a cosmetology license because my "trim" is that bad."

"I was going absolutely C-R-A-Z-Y, trying to find a Salon, to get my hair cut! Well, this Cost Cutters saved the day. I didn't get the name of the Stylist, who got me in right away, and had my hair cut in about 15 minutes. Yahoo !!! The Stylist earned a $10 tip, for a $20 hair cut. I hope that I was generous enough. The Stylist deserved it! I highly recommend this Cost Cutters."

"I was debating if I should post a review, but decided I would in hopes it will make things better for the next person. I had a Groupon for a conditioning treatment and haircut and blow dry. The conditioning treatment was fine. The haircut and blow dry were horrible. Nina was my stylist. She was a very nice lady. However, she was in a rush. I’m not sure why she was going so fast. I asked for 6 inches off. She took maybe 4 or 5 depending on where. It was extremely uneven. I’m not a picky person. I just wanted one length, no layering, and a little face framing. She took off my cape and was trying to shoo me out the door, but I stopped her and advocated for some face framing and shifted my part. She didn’t slow down. My hair was still damp when I left. She didn’t ask me if it was good, didn’t give me a mirror to look at the back. I got home and showed my husband, and even he could tell it was uneven. He helped me trim it up. Attached is a photo of all the hair we had to cut off when I got home. I would not advise anyone to get a haircut from Nina unless they are ready to advocate for themselves. I will not be returning here."
