"I heard a new noise on my '05 Ultra Classic. Looked online and saw these guys had a 5 out of 5 stars. Stopped in and asked if they could listen to the noise. To my surprise, he grabbed my keys took it out for a quick boot. Although their shop was completely full, he said let's get it up on the hoist. So he removed a bike from the hoist and put mine up there. After removing the primary cover saw that my commutator was not even hand tight. If it wasn't for this awesome service, I would have had huge problems being so far away from home. Not only did he repair my issue, he changed the primary fluids, my transmission fluid, thread chased all of the holes, washed everything up, adjusted everything under the sun, put it all back together and got me on the road within an hour and a half. Thank you for the awesome service, the awesome conversation, and giving this old man piece of mind being so far from home. I wish I could give more than just five stars. Thank you from Alberta!!!"
