"I went in there yesterday , dealt with a couple guys , Frank and Isac...Best people I've ever seen in a parts store !! Frank is the best person I've ever met when it comes to people in parts stores , most people just sell you what they hope works.?.NOT FRANK. He is the real deal. Go check em out.? The salesmen guys at the Dodge dealership in spirit lake could really learn some lessons from Frank on professionalism. YOU ROCK FRANK !!!!!"

"This weekend was my family and I's first trip up to Okoboji. Crappy weather was a big damper on the trip and we were more than ready to be home on Sunday. That is, until my car started smoking about 4 min. after we pulled out. We were so grateful to find an O'Reilly's close by that was open, as many other shops were closed. We were working on my car for hours in their parking lot and eventually made it home safe & sound that night. It truly would have been a disaster if it hadn't been for Tom and Shelley at this O'Reilly's. They went above and beyond to help us and were checking up on us constantly. And they happened to have a water pump for my car in stock, which was so relieving. Truly the sweetest, most helpful people we came across over the weekend and we can't thank them enough. They saved us a ton of money and time that day and made a bad situation not as terrible as it could have been. Thank you so much Tom and Shelley! My car is running better than ever and we are so grateful for your kindness."
