"I took my son to this place for retwist. She over booked us for an appointment. She tells me when I get there. It would have been more appreciated if she would have called to inform me before I drove there. Therefore she rushed to do my son's hair. The back didn't stay twisted due to her not giving him enough time under the dryer. Also put too much wax gel in his hair so she can be lazy and give him less dryer time. Please please don't book with this salon. I do not give my money to people that don't give their best work!! Apparently I had no choice but to give 1 star but ...0 star is what she deserves."
