"I went there for years until Thao left. The last 2 times I went the lady that did my pedicure cut a nail so short it bled. It hurt for a week. The next time I went the same lady scalded my foot with too hot water when she rinsed my foot. The salon is dirty and they don’t take their time to do a good job. Go to a more upscale salon and get better service!"
"So have to leave my 5 star but going to 1 star and will never return, had my nails filled yesterday, so thick that they are ridiculous. The picture shown is how they fixed them. THEY WERE THICKER. NIGHTMARE. Enjoyed the whole experience, I usually view this as a chore, but was very relaxed. Pedicure for very fugly feet is night and day...Rachael didn't seem like she wanted to run away and incredibly sweet thoughtful knowledgeable helpful and gave gentle tips for healthy skin even I can do, Rachael joked and laughed with me as if it wasn't the chore I knew it was. Only wish I had done before and after pictures"
"I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years and LuAnn is amazing. I’m never disappointed and she massage’s my hands and arms when she’s done. I always get a Pedi before vacations and Rachel is the best aside from LuAnn. The best prices around too! Highly recommend!"
