"I got 2 meals to go. I really liked the fluffy rice they made. I ordered the Quail, I shouldn't of been, I was surprised that it was a bird. A delicious moist little bird, that was perfectly seasoned."
"Had the chicken enchiladas with chili sauce; they were delicious. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this may not be it, this is more Mexican American, but it doesn’t matter cause the food tasted great. Great service and clean place."
"Remember when I rate a place, I consider the expectations not the comparison to other like places. So for the most part, this is a 4.5 due to the fact that there isn't anything else in Hope like it. What you get is authentic food served by very friendly and nice staff. The owner is there every day (we actually ate here 3 nights in a row). He stops by and asks about your meal and will chat you up if you engage him. The wait staff are fast and friendly, and check on you every few minutes in spite of the fact the average ring for two is less than 50 bucks. We really like the variety of foods and the flavors are always great."

"I was in town for business and knew there wasn’t many dining options here in Hope, especially an establishment that serves alcohol. I was greeted and seated promptly by the owner who was friendly. I only had a cup of tortilla soup which was just ok. Server was attentive. The restaurant was located by Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn hotels."
