She very promptly emailed me back with kindness and attentiveness to my worries. She had already set me up with a new stylist- Marta to try again. Marta was AMAZING! She was extremely thorough every step of the way to get my hair back to my original plan. She had so much expertise and explained what she was doing, asking if it was okay, and what the end result would be. D’Ann knew what she was doing when she put my hair in Marta’s hands! :) Will be returning!!!"

"Took two photos of haircuts I was interested in getting to show the stylist. Mercedes was amazing. She explained how certain aspects of the photos wouldn't work with my cowlicks, length, etc. And she created a style that used the best of both images - LOVE my cut. The haircut came with a relaxing hair wash, great consultation, and Mercedes was very professional. Also, very pleased with the price. They offer coffee/tea/water. Very clean establishment!!!
