"VERY INADEQUATE nail technicians and the unacceptable customer service in general. I’d highly recommend reading all of the reviews before going here. The one star reviews do matter. I had gel nails done there on three separate occasions and each time they were done very poorly, at best. The only reason I went back, was to try different technicians, hoping they’d be better because they were close to my home, although that didn’t seem to matter. Absolutely NO attention to detail, VERY sloppy work, and they rush to get you out out to move in to the next client. My last visit there was the worst, gel nails curled up at the cuticle area and good portion of my nails chipped within a four couple days. When they were doing my nails I noticed the gel was on my skin (when looking at them when they were under the UV light), the gel was glowing so you could easily see it was all over my skin by my cuticles, that was the first clue. That’s what caused the curling up of the gel and poor application was the cause of chipping by my nail tips. I asked them about it and was told ‘no,no, no’ that won’t cause any issues, but after a few days it was obvious it was an issue. Their answer to the sloppy work is telling you you need to upgrade to powder nails as a solution, and pay for it. I had to have them removed right away because I couldn’t stand touching anything without getting my nails caught in everything (my nails were snagging on things constantly). Very irritating. In addition to that, their Customer Service is really very poor. Save your money and frustration and go to a reputable salon in the area, you won’t regret not going to Royal Nails."

"Nice and clean. Everyone is very friendly. I've had a pink and white dip done by 3 different people and they have all done a great job. The only thing I wish they had was cup holders or a little table by the pedi chairs"

"Never mind having an appointment- they don’t honor it. Overbook consistently. Waited for my appointment 50 minutes! My mothers manicure was done in 10 minutes including polish- they had the audacity to charge as if it were a full manicure! Most places soak your hands that long! Not worth the frustration to come here given there are so many other options"

"I stopped in here to get a fill and I thought they did a great job! Tammy did my nails and she was super nice and she did the length and shape perfectly. Great prices too only $25! I’ll be coming back for sure."
