"Food was awesome and always fresh. The reason for four and not five stars is two teenagers that worked their cleaning were very rude and disrespectful had one sweep food off the counter and onto me and didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all."
"Pizza doesn't come out fast enough and never seems to have enough. As soon as they put one pizza out, it disappears. Never remade bread sticks or deserts. The pizza that I did get was good, and the service was good... just don't go around lunch or dinner. We ended up getting about 2 pieces each and couldn't get anymore without waiting around forever."
"At 6:30 on a Friday night you would expect to have a variety of fresh pizza. There was none. When you ask for something you’re blown off by the people working the line. Overall just a bad experience and nothing like years past when it was a staple in Texarkana."
"This Cicis used to be a great place to eat but it's terrible now! There was no ice, no sweet tea, no napkins, the lettuce was gross, the cucumbers were slimy and nasty, there was no pasta salad, barely any pizza on the buffet. Employees just standing around doing nothing when clearly there were things that needed to be done. The manager on duty was of no help and offered no assistance when approached with the complaints, blaming it on the 'new owners'."
"10 times better since they re-opened. The food tastes better and the whole place just smells and looks better! Highly recommend if you haven’t had it in a long time. A much more enjoyable experience. We went at 1:20 on a Saturday and they were SLAMMED! But the staff stayed helpful. They were constantly cranking out pizzas and cleaning tables. Even with a large crowd, there wasn’t a wait for a table or for food. Very pleased"
