"I came here to get food on two different occasions and they forgot something both times. I called to see if I could be issued a refund and had to leave a message. Well no one called me back. This location does not have it all together, and they’re slow. I’ll drive to a different one from now on."
"It was my fault, that's why I gave the service 5 stars. I had ordered on the app. The app said they were closing soon, which was about an hour before they actually closed when I had got my order in but they shut off mobile orders an hour before. But the app never told me that. The lady was very nice about it and I received my refund when she said I would, when she had shut her drawer for the night and zeroed out her register. Even though I couldn't get my food I ordered from the app, we were still able to order through the speaker and get our food that way. We drove through so we didn't get to experience much of the atmosphere."

"Every time I've been here, the frappé machine is down. Order food and things are omitted. Went for a sausage McMuffin this morning. Anyone see sausage? Done with this location. I'd rather drive to Dallas for breakfast. Horrible customer service."
