"Alicia is truly incredible, she did a color correction for me to fix previous work from a different salon and oh my gosh it came out beautifully!!! It's always nerve wracking to try a new salon and stylist but she knocked it out of the park and made me feel so at ease right off the bat and made sure to let me know what to expect with pricing and how long the process would take which is so appreciated. She gave such attention to detail the entire time to get every little hair and make sure everything was coming out even and I have a good handful of ear piercings that typically get yanked around when I get my hair done but Alicia was so gentle and aware of working around them so I honestly forgot I even had them tbh! Absolutely incredible work and beautiful outcome, thank you!!!"
