"I have shopped in The Buckle for years. Today was by far the worst experience I have had. I walk in an there were at least 4 staff members on the women side of the store. Not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. I was in the store for more than 15 minutes, browsing and no one said a word to me. When I put down the items I was going to try on so that I could leave. On of the ladies Saud have a good day. Needless to say I didn't say a word!"
