"I had gone to this salon 2 other times besides today. I had gotten the same haircut there every time the first time the stylist did an amazing job and the next time I got a messed up inverted stacked A-line Bob then today I had an appointment scheduled at this salon and the stylist I was with looked at my pictures and said “oh it’s a men’s haircut I won’t be able to blow dry it cause I have a client coming in in half hour” then I showed her the picture again and she then said”oh it’s a stacked Bob, hold on” and then went into the back. A couple minutes later she came out and said sorry I have to reschedule the appointment cause this hairc will take too long. I have another haircut coming in” I got mad and gathered up my stuff and stormed out the door. I had scheduled the appointment on line. It doesn’t take an hour to do the cut I wanted as I am a hair stylist that owned my own salon. I received poor customer service, a stylist that was afraid to tell me she didn’t know how to cut an A-line stacked inverted Bob and and was turned away with her saying I needed to reschedule!!! That’s how you lose clients. And I went to the Fantastic Sams in Shakopee and after I sat in the chair, 20 minutes later I walked out with the best haircut I have ever received. You guys just lost a client who tips really well for great customer service and care. I will be spreading my word about the lousy service I received here today!!!"

"Enjoyed my visit...stylist had a very unusual attention to detail that I often don't find in these type of salons...I have very simple wants, so most just get me in and out as fast as possible...but here she sat with me a d clearly took her time and we had good conversation. Pleasantly surprised. Seems a bit pricey...but I knew that walking in...at least this time I feel I got closer to my moneys worth than I generally do."
