"I brought in a friend for a manicure after she got engaged. We asked for a basic manicure as we didn’t want anything to take away from the ring. I specifically said no extras every time the woman asked. I repeated no thank you. I was shocked when she told me it was $54 after she was done but we were in a hurry to get to an event and again this was a gift for a friend on a very special day and I did not want to upset her. The receipt shows I paid for a pedicure and an additional $10 charge. We talked about going back for pedicures with my mom, daughter and her cousin but we will find a place that has more integrity."

"I went in with my 4 daughters to get a pedicure. We were shown the menu of options to choose from and we selected the Daisy Basic for $44. We were then shown a collage of colors to choose from. At no time were we asked or told that these were gel colors. They didn’t give the option between polish or gel either. I figured the basic pedicure was polish not gel and we weren’t asked otherwise. When we left to pay we were then told it would be $59. I had to plea our case and even with explaining I was told they would remove the gel and put polish on! What? Seriously? That’s how you run your business? After discussing it further with them she said she’d take $7 off. But 2 of my daughters had already paid for theirs at the higher price. The lady did not offer to refund them their $7. Omitting info and manipulating services is not the way to run a legitimate business. It’s the same as lying! We will never go back!"

"I went to Daisy nails for the first time and I had a pretty good experience. The Ladies were very nice and welcoming. The building itself was clean and looked very cute/ modern. I had the Daisy pedicure ($44) and it was very relaxing. There was a little miscommunication about the additional $15 fee to upgrade for a gel set when I only wanted the regular but looking back it was me who should’ve been more clear. Balle was the one who did my pedicure and she did a good job. She took her time and it felt as though she truly cares about her customer. The nail job itself was alright, it was white and I understand it’s hard to perfect that color. Not worth $60 in my opinion."
