I am from out of town and this is the best cut I have ever had. His prices are also great for what you get. There's no rushing you through quickly, but instead a real attention to detail, and Adrian won't let you go unless you are completely satisfied. He even offered to come in on his day off and give me a quick cleanup before I head back to Utah. Now that is someone who cares about his business and customers. I will definitely be coming back during my future visits."
