"If I could rate this place zero stars I most definitely would. Had my nails done on Monday it is now Saturday I had broke a nail on Thursday but picking up a wrench off the ground and just today I put a glove on and broke another nail when I had Called they asked me to come in and show them I told them I can not come in as I live 2 hours and 30 minutes away I asked if I could send a picture to them I had sent a picture they called me back and tried telling my the cold breaks names and that I was lying on how I broke my nails because I had broke one nail one way and the other another way. There is pieces of dirt stuck in my nail polish and the lady that did my nails broke one of my nails when filling them. Definitely will not be coming back."

"Horrible service! I will never go there again. I got a full set that was crooked, the sides of the nails were unpolished, and the acrylic was thick and heavy looking more like square talons than nails. The woman doing my fingers kept tugging my hand and hyperextending my fingers to the point when they hurt and kept telling me to relax my hands were too stiff. I literally had to yank my hand way from her to prevent her from bending my fingers more. She didn't give me the shape I showed her despite her having a like-shaped nail right in front of her and kept asking me to change my color. They will push gel polish even if they isn't what you wanted and forget about cuticle cleaning, that's not a part of their vocabulary. The pedicure was halfway decent but you'll leave with rough patches if your heal needs even a little more than soap and water. Go to J&K nails. They are way more pleasant and willing to fix mistakes. I feel like even if J&K doesn't do an excellent job (which they usually do), their pleasant and welcoming attitude makes up for it."

I have been here multiple times to get my nails done and I am even more impressed every time! The staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating and make the experience even better"
