"I stopped in at D’s this morning at 9 am and it was busy! No waiting for a table and it’s a “seat yourself” place. Food arrived quickly and looked delicious. Sue Ann took great care of me and kept my coffee topped off. I enjoyed a 6 ounce rib eye, two eggs, extra crispy hash browns and a pancake. It was plenty for me to share and not leave hungry. The salt water aquarium was a great bonus and I always make sure I sit facing it to watch the fish."
"What a hidden gem very good food and at fantastic price didn't look like much from the outside and being attached to the motel super friendly staff I ordered.the small chicken fried steak special with biscuit and sausage gravy it was 1/4 pds where the large was 1/2 pds! They don't have sinner hours but I really wish they did"
"The wait staff is so friendly. They were hugging customers they knew when they came in or left. Our waitress Audrey was so nice. We visited 2 weeks after the reopen from an electrical fire. The food was good, fast, and cooked perfectly they way we wanted it. Audrey said we could have it how we wanted it at D's Family Restaurant. We WILL be back for lunch when we're in town. Blessings ❤"
