"Not a comfortable or inviting environment for intimate waxes. Haley came across as kind of blunt and rude and left bruising? 88$ excluding tip is very pricey for a wax and there is no follow up price reduction. Probably won’t return here as the service is much better, more welcoming, and cheaper at other salons. Other salons also have follow up scheduling and encourage waxes every 4 weeks? I tried making light conversation and being nice to lighten the mood but all in all I was very uncomfortable and will not be returning. Lol."

"I brought my 14 year old granddaughter here for a balayage. She had saved her money and was excited to get her hair done. She didn’t leave with a balayage or anything that resembled what she wanted. It sure didn’t look like the photo she had shown the stylist. All she got was a few highlights that cost $130. When I explained to them that this was not the result we were looking for all they wanted to do was argue with me. My granddaughter cried when we got home. They could of had a new client but they don’t care if they have satisfied customers and that is not the kind of place we do business with. Very disappointed. I know everyone in school will know not to get their hair done at Ella’s Salon."
