"I had a very hard time communicating with my tech. She didn't speak any English and I couldn't get the attention of her coworkers to help. The water was luke warm at best. The polish was old and clumpy. It's also on my cuticles and skin. She was a bit rough. She did not do a good job."

The nails weren’t even what I wanted I just wanted to get it over with.i also asked for a design and they just look like blobs"

"I got my nails today because i’m getting married in 3 days. He kept pulling my hand towards him, was also rushing when their was barely any people in the salon, he was aggressive with the drill and didn’t ask if I was okay after I pulled my hand away. On my right hand he over my filed my nails and he made them way to short when i just told him short. It’s what I wanted but didn’t except what I got. I also have natural small nails and my cuticles are naturally sensitive. I don’t think I will be coming back and will be going somewhere else and doesn’t help I didn’t get into a chair till 15-20 minutes after my appointment time and never got acknowledged that I was in the salon. If I ever do come back I will be requesting someone else because i’m very disappointed in my nails especially since my wedding is in 3 days"
