Her husband was willing to bring my shirts to Bentonville because I thought I was going to be unable to pick up by 5 PM. I appreciate their excellent customer service. "I only gave a star because no stars was not an option. I placed an order for two shirts over a month ago. I have tried emailing several times with no response to try to find out where my order was. I finally got a response on Instagram saying that they will be mailed out the next day. I finally got one of the shirts several days later. I sent a message on IG to try to find out where my other shirt was, but no response. I have now asked for a refund. We will see I’m how long that takes. I recommend to NOT do business with this company."
"I placed an order totaling $59.64 on October 8, 2021. My debit card was charged this amount which includes the product cost of $56 plus $3.64 tax on October 11. I never received the product and I never received an update. On November 16 I asked for a refund. On November 17 I asked again for a refund. On January 8 I asked again for a refund. It's now January 20 which is 3 months since my order and I still have not received a refund or the product. I want my money that they have been holding onto since October 8. I don't want the product any longer. I am writing this review so that no one else will make the mistake of ordering from this company. I should have looked at reviews prior to ordering since I see there are others who have had the same issue. Seriously, this is not the way you treat people!"
"Horrible customer service and lack of transparency that was borderline dishonesty. Received half of my order (150 shirts), 30 of the shirts were ruined (they must have packaged the shirts when the print wasn’t completed dry, getting ink/dye on the shirt stacked on top of it). I canceled the other half of my order August 1st, and finally received my refund today (November 12th). I had to bug Paul for the past 3 months to get my refund. This whole ordeal from start to finish was roughly 7 months. Save time and money by not doing business with Paul."
