"Horrendous, unprofessional, and flat out disrespectful employees. I was at the express store in nwa mall on Labor Day 9/4 in the afternoon trying to return a tshirt that I bought less than two weeks ago with original receipt and original tag. The “sales manager” and her employee didn’t accept the return claiming i have worn the shirt. I told her that yes I have worn the shirt and it was not a good fit and I’m trying to return it since I’m still under 60 days and I have original receipt. She started misleading me saying it’s in the policy even to not return worn items though I looked it up and there was nothing about a worn item return policy. I have worn the tshirt once and the disrespectful sales manager said they will take it back if only if I go wash the shirt and bring it back. What a respectable and reputable clothing company says that to a customer? I’ve worn the tshirt once, it was not damaged!! They didn’t accept the return until I called the customer service number and made a complaint and went back with a reference number and told her that customer service told me I was in full right to return the item. Both of the employees were rude, grabbing the tshirt and throwing it to the side and ended up processing the return. At the end I asked the “sales manager” for her name and she rudely told me I don’t need to know her name and asked me to leave now. Both of the employees started telling me to leave now repeatedly. I have never encountered more unprofessional staff of a clothing company before, lack of professionalism and training is apparent and anyone should avoid this store at all cost. My original receipt had over $200 worth of items but the employees behavior and lack of professionalism will make me doubt going there again."

"Ridiculous!! Cash in hand,dressed impeccably and was interested in a sport coat. Wasnt even greeted when i walked in as well as three employees in the store and i was the only customer. Was looking at a 400 dollar jacket and they never even cared enough to stop talking about they're weekend! Place is a joke"

"I got a horrible impression right off the bat. First, they opened almost 5 minutes late. I was the only person in the store and I was looking around for about 20 minutes and none of the two employees even asked if they could help me. They were talking up at the registers the entire time I was in their store. I ended up putting the things I was going to try on, back on the rack. As someone who has worked in the retail industry for over 15 years, that was incredibly unprofessional. So, due to this this, I went next door and took my business there."

"Went there the other day with my twin looking for birthday outfits and they had an AMAZING sale going on! Good lord we had to have saved over $100. No joke. The store was spotless and the girls were super helpful. They always have great selections and I wish they had that sale every day of the week lol"
