"Placed a call into Twin Cities Appliance to find a technician to fix and repair my Maytag Gemini double oven on a Thursday. The man I spoke to order the heating element for me and that shipped to my home and arrived on Friday or Saturday. A friend of mine stopped by and suggested he could put the part in and see if that was the fix and could call the repairman or when the service man called to set up service time I could tell him it is fixed. I left a message on the Twin Cities Appliance Site and did not know the line was no longer used by the company. Unfortunately they did not get the message to the service person and were very pleased that I called them to try and settle up invoice but I got an apology for them not using their phone line. Very nice to deal with and I will use this company for future orders for my appliances. Very nice to talk too and professional. Fast service. Still have the good old services you look for when dealing with a business. Thank You again for accepting my mistake."
"Took 4 trips to do basic warranty repair. I had another company come out to take a look before we started the warranty process. I mentioned their fix to the tech and they proceed to keep ordering parts to troubleshoot and 4 trips later it was the part I suggested. I asked if they could order it to be safe the first trip and they wouldn’t. It became very obvious they were more interested in the fee they could charge whirlpool for more trips than fixing my washing machine in a timely manner. The end result was multiple trips to the laundry mat for our family of 5 for a 2 week repair that could have been fixed in 1 to 2 trips. Wouldn’t use them for anything I had to pay out of pocket for."
