"Adorable clothing, affordable, and good service!"
"I was in the store a few weeks back with my wife and 2 young daughters. My 10 year old daughter went into the store to try on clothes, and didn't shut the changing door all the way (it was 95% closed). The crusty employee, Anna, doesn't knock, walks in on my daughter changing, and then blames my daughter for not shutting the door all the way. This is a children's store, she's 10. Those things happen. We returned one of the items today, and as "luck" would have it, Anna is again working. We had the receipt but the tag was removed from the jeans. Not only could we not return it, Anna said that we can't even exchange for the correct size. She seemed to take pleasure in this, which frankly is bizarre. If you're going to have an overly restrictive return policy, at a minimum put some signage up advising people. NEVER, EVER, will I step foot in this place again. I know good help is hard to come by, but honestly if this is the best they can do they should close."
