"I am shocked at all the mention of great service. I visited this store yesterday and the woman with bright pink hair was so rude. First I asked if they carried a particular cut (221) in the store. She acted like I was crazy for even asking about that cut and told me they stopped carrying them years ago. Then she said we only carry 223. When my husband asked what the difference between the two was, she just said with complete attitude, “I don’t know”. Then she walked away. I thought ok I’ll just find it myself. When we pulled the jeans in his size he didn’t like the wash they had so he went to put them back. She borderline yelled at him to “just leave them there”. Such animosity was not only out of nowhere, it was completely uncalled for. At this point I was annoyed and we just left. -BTW they still carry 221s on their website and at Nordstrom. A bit later my husband realized he misplaced his keys. So we went back into the store. The other young lady was very helpful and tried look for the keys with us. Then the pink haired girl came out and we asked her if she had seen them. She rolled her eyes and said no. My husband asked if she could point us in the direction of security. She just said they’re all over the place. Honestly I’m so shocked at her attitude when we honestly did nothing but ask for a cut they didn’t carry. She doesn’t understand how to deal with people at all."

"Amazing experience. I walked in a couple minutes before closing without realizing it, feeling disheartened about trying to find pants to fit me since nothing had so far. Tyler came to my aid and patiently helped me find 2 amazing pairs of jeans for my short, curvy figure which is typically distressing to shop for. He was sincere, thoughtful, and cognizant of my needs and wants, and never rushed me even though they were closed. He even gave me a great recommendation for a brewery near me. Give that man a medal and the key to city. I will be buying all my jeans from Lucky Brand forever."

"Came here on New Year’s Day about fifteen minutes before closing. Staff were helpful and kind. They had problems with their P.O.S. System but as soon as they got ahold of management they rang us in and sent us on our way. Alex and Aliyah are swell humans and they handled the frustrating situation with poise :)"

"Make time to be there for a while. They are the best in lawn and garden with a bunch of decor. The card section had me there alone 30 minutes. If you need a gift it's a good place to shop."
