"We stopped in Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. We ordered the Midwest sushi (we are new to the Midwest) I was not a fan. I ordered a spicy blueberry margarita, the drink was missing something. It was over iced, and needed a straw. We were underwhelmed. UNTIL.. our entrees arrived. wow! The walleye cakes were outstanding! The green beans were amazing! The portions were very generous! We tried to go to Marna’s but they were only serving appetizers at that time . Lucky for us! We would have missed out! What a delicious surprise!"

"So cozy, and the food is really good! Classic American food. Bonus - they have a gluten free bun you can sub in and menu items are marked GF. Not sure about celiac safety, but definitely gluten free options are available."

"I can’t believe it took me this long to check this place out! The vibe was cool and chill! The beverage menu was comprehensive and had something for everyone. I’ll be back for the sweet happy hour specials for sure. Variety of options on the food menu too! My husband had the chicken and waffles which had crispy breading and juicy chicken! Some hot sauce or chili crunch on the side would have made this dynamite! I had the smash burger, also good, bun was perfect! Can’t wait to try more! Oh and the patio was a nice place for our impromptu dinner date!"

"I really want to go full 5 stars, I just can't quite do it. We tried the cheese curds, they were good. Also, tried the poutine, and the gravy was out of this world. The pot roast on the poutine and in the grilled cheese was flavorful and tender. The gruyere cheese dip was also fabulous. The happy hour specials really help cut costs, so try to hit those times. The Old Fashioned was great,as well as my craft cocktail (Mic drop) - both were truly enjoyable; well mixed and smooth. My two complaints are these: the chairs are very uncomfortable, and the price to portion size is not great. I saw a big value in knock-out taste, but portions are too small."

"Nice atmosphere, food is good, limited menu. Service was fine. Drink specials don't include mixer, which is odd, charged.50 cents to get splash of cranberry juice in my vodka. Also they charge extra fees for employee wellness or something. Fun to try, not sure I'm eager to return right away."
