McDonald's 4601 Lake Drive, Robbinsdale, MN 55422

"Used the drive through, the speaker made it hard to hear the person taking the order. McDonald's is a once maybe twice a year thing for me, this time it was for a dessert run since DQ's are closed. Got the hot fudge sundae. The menu board is not clear at all, and you'll feel like that's on purpose especially with their constant pushing for you to use their app for ordering. I got home and use the ridge and cover on the sundae container to hold it, I assumed the top had been secured to the cup but it was in fact not, and I had a garage floor sundae at that point."

"Food is always good & hot plus the last couple visits were exceptional where it was quick & easy to order exactly what we want & get what we ask for! (think the manager was taking the orders) rather than the usual challenge from the sweet lady who tries hard but either doesn't hear or understand the menu - maybe she just wants to be sure we have a chance to order a meal vs a sandwich or didn't realize ordering from the "dollar" menu where we can get a second item for $1, is a great deal vs ordering 2 from the regular menu"

"Food was fine but don’t ever dine in at this place. There were 8 customers total including myself dining in, of those eight only two, myself and another women were the only ones actually buying and eating food. The other six people didn’t have any food in front of them and appeared to be living in the dine in area. Someone was in the men’s room stall for the whole 30 minutes I was there, yes they were ok just hanging out in the only stall I guess. I had to go somewhere else just to use the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend trying to eat there but if your unhoused and need a place to live it appears this McDonald’s allows that."

"I have been here 5 total times. Of those 5 times, 3 times my order was wrong. Not sure how common it is here but all 3 of those times I ordered large fries on their app and received a medium. Double cooked and zero salt. Sucks because it's right across the street from my work and I would frequent this establishment if it weren't so poorly managed."

"I ordered a number 7 with no onions and they put onions on it sound like people don't use their ears I understand it's rush hour or it's a rush but it's called timing You got all day to prepare the food and get it right because first off the customer don't get it until you're done with it! I'm extremely upset feel disrespected because they asked me what I wanted I told them what I wanted and "not loving it!" On both burgers As the McDonald's slogan goes."
