"If you are going for nursing/ breastfeeding supplies, they have the worst customer service. Hardly any supplies in stock, very difficult to get your supplies, and they argued with me about what was covered even though I had the information directly from my insurance. I got the feeling that they hate their job and I was an inconvenience for coming in even though I had my insurance and prescription all lined up. I'll just be paying for my supplies at a local store from now on."
"I stopped by this store with my friend on 12/11/19 because I just had a breast reduction on Monday at Essentia Health. I needed another surgical bra, since I need to change everything out. There is a woman employee who was quite rude and disrespectful to myself and my friend. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name...she has blonde hair. She was unapproachable to begin with and rudely stated to me, (without measuring me), “Uh, yeah, you’re not a C.” She asked where I got my surgery, and when I didn’t answer, she was even less helpful. She told me I could change in this room, and then quietly knocked and walked in on me changing. She was extremely unprofessional and I hope no one has to experience this, as I felt quite insecure after leaving. Here is another reason why I do not go to Sanford Health for my medical needs and will not be going back to this store."
"Kathleen Score made the experience a memorable one! She took the time to assist with the measurement for my grandma's compression sock and had her tried on two different styles to see which one my grandma feels comfortable in. She gave suggestions that in order for the patient to wear it everyday, they have to feel comfortable wearing it, otherwise the patient would not wear it. Therefore, we got two pairs of compression socks in the medium price, Kathleen rung us up, and actually walked around the desk and handed us our bag with the items in it. That is one of the best excellence customer service that I've got in months. If you go to this store, please ask for Kathleen Score."
