"started at the Perkins in fergus falls on 10-30-2023. For the first week I noticed I was not even getting 5 percent on tips. I thought this was odd but I kept quiet . I ended up between places and needed a place to stay. So. I Pulled the night manager aside Amanda and said do you know anybody renting a room or some ware I could stay a day or two until I figure it. She I could with her so I did for a couple days and moved on. Last time I was over at Amanda’s house she asked me to bring her the 2 liter of sprite because her son was throwing up when I walked in the house it smelled like somebody just got out of the shower. Her son was downstairs and did not appear to have taken a shower. I went upstairs to the bathroom Amanda had just gotten out of the shower. She told her son to stay downstairs I confronted her about my suspicions of stealing . “She told me you have to watch Wesley around your tables” she then began to make a pass at me ware I declined and said I have to go home and be with my dog have with him before he gets euthanized so I decided to notify the general manager Jamie’s attn. via text message. About the the theft not the pass she made on me . Jamie said he would check the cameras, and nothing came of it . So I told Jamie this is my two weeks. I cannot afford to work at a place where I have to worry about being stolen from I let Amanda know that I told Jamie and the next day at work she was being disrespectful, rude trying to make me clean the bathrooms again which is not part of my cleaning list and creating a hostile work environment. So that night I messaged her and said you need to grow up and put your big girl pants on and act like an adult because I will walk out on you. In the middle of a rush. I do not care I will not work. In a disrespectful and hostile work environment, Jamie told me not to come to work, and that was a voluntary quit. It was not a voluntary quit. This was wrongful termination. So my situation now is that I just had to euthanize my dog of 13 years and pay for cremation that was $600. I literally don’t have money to even feed myself. My unemployment claim will more than likely I get denied. And not to mention I’m out several hundred dollars in tips. They took me off of DailyPay, so I cannot even access that this is wrong because I refuse to work in a hostile work environment and be stolen from upon getting another job at Applebee’s here in Fergus Falls even the manager there knew about the thievery. This is nothing new and I feel like it’s been covered up. I even notified Falls Police Department, whom contacted Jamie and got no ware . I urge bag and yes demand for you guys to go over the cameras from the shift that I worked and I bet anything that you will see Wesley for Amanda or both working together and taking tips off my table. This is a crime and it needs to be investigated and handle that such the police department can’t do anything without evidence, which is up to you guys to provide. Not to mention, this all went on the night before I had to cremate a dog while I’m laying in my bed, comforting my dying dog manager, Jamie I don’t think believe me because he was oh I get it you’re losing your dog no you don’t the night shift there is a bunch of thriving drug addicts, who don’t wash their hands after they smoke their menth so I wouldn’t eat here at night that is, however, cannot speak enough about the dayshift. They all seem to be very well put together and very professiona. Ben is the only manager there that actually does his job"

"Sami was our server tonight. Very friendly service. We both ordered off the 55+ menu and got plenty of food. Service was quick and food was warm. Restaurant is clean. Easy access if I94."

"Very chill, quiet atmosphere. Decor is a little outdated. I got the Chicken Biscuit Breakfast Meal. It was delicious! Very large portions for the price and the service was kind as well. Everyone in my party was satisfied with their meal as well. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely come back to try more!"

"Our waitress was good to tell us they were slow/short staffed last night. The food tasted good, my tater tots were cold, but since they were really busy I didn't want to complain. I'd definitely think about doing training on professionalism in the workplace as I could hear them complaining to each other about other people as we waited for our food and it didn't make for the be as t atmosphere, but definitely Gave off the small town vibe. We left a good tip because I could tell our waitress was stressed."
