"This is the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Caribou. The breakfast sandwich we ordered was soggy and the bacon was not at all crispy. It was very far from fresh. My pumpkin latte had way too much spice in it. We will not be returning to this location."

"Service and product quality need MUCH improvement. Bagel outer crust not as crisp as they should be - too doughy. I had a 25 minute wait for just 2 plain bagels to go. This is third time this has happened. I got home opened the bag and bagels were mush and inedible. I won't be back"

"Really love caribou coffee I'm general. This location is nice and new, but it looks like I have run into the same personnel issues others have commented on. Our orders also didn't taste right, but I'll attribute that to being possibly the first customers of the day. Hopefully their quality in both product and customer service improve."
