"I like this park. We used to come here when my son was a kid and now for baseball. The fields are nice, splash pads are great covered, cover playground equipment. The restrooms are gross and the fishing pond has tons of algae and trash."
"Basketball courts are good. That’s all I really payed any attention to. Some creepos in the night times every now and then."

"The positives are the 2 basketball courts, baseball fields, and 2 playgrounds. Negatives are the neighborhood. Fast and loud cars driving through in a not so safe neighborhood. There was also someone camped out and sleeping in the restroom. There was also garbage throughout the playground (empty water bottles, random debris)."
"13 years now in Peoria but technically lived in AZ since birth & being born Texan, don't consider Texas "home"... It was the growing up experience in both environments. Peoria is the Town you'd actually want to live in peaceful & safe. Varney is the park where memories were made... very close schools & amenities."
