"This is my 2nd Review! Today I finished my last session with Francisco; my personal trainer the last 9 months. When I began I was stuck at the same weight for almost a year. I started with one goal in mind: get below 200 lbs. But, I gained so much more. Over the last 9 months I have lost 20+ lbs, I went from a walking 21 min mile to running 3 miles in about 33 min. I stopped counting at size 16 and I am getting too small for my 12s that I had tucked away for such a time as this lol. For our last session we did a 3 min plank, almost 25 push-ups, and 12 burpees IN THE SAME SESSION. I could barely do 2 push-ups 9 months ago. Who even cares about the scale when you feel THIS GOOD! Pedro did my assessment the next day, paired me with Francisco the next week, and we've been rocking ever since. Shelby met with me and gave me an easy to follow meal plan. Francisco comes where ever I am. We workout outside, inside, and at the fitness center. I've lost weight, inches, and am jogging a mile again. Gym Guys is great, but Francisco is THE MAN! He gentle pushes me to get a little better each session, works around my heavy travel schedule, is encouraging, and his bonus trait is he has the best stories."

"My husband and I have found GYMGUYZ very capable of caring for, and taking those extra steps to make my husband feel safe, and giving him that confidence of having an "I can do it attitude." Our Personal Trainer is very good at safety precautions and communicating every exercise and talking the client through each step, making them feel at ease and comfortable.
