"I always like their vending machines I was able to get their phone number in case any machine broke down it’s listed as canyon state water but it’s the same companies as Aqua 2000 and Twice the ice the office is open Mon. Thru Friday and a lady will answer. Her office hours are from 9am to 1pm everyday. Hope this helps to anyone."

"It was barely 70° and the bag of ice I bought was half melted. No wonder it was only $3. Water tasted ok."

"Filled up our 40 gallon camper van tank here. The water tasted really good. We were having trouble figuring out the machine and the owner helped us out. She was a wonderful person! Even helped us find someone to wash the van. Tips: don't bother with the "fill" button - put in $1.50 and choose the 5 gallon image or 50 cents for one gallon (prices seemed reasonable to us). I thought the water might come out of the area you can set a jug but it comes out of the hose. It's not a traditional hose; my husband had a variety of plumbing items and one coupler happened to fit their hose. It leaked a bit but did the job. Oh and the owner said that using dollars is more reliable than coins. Apparently the coin area gets messed up by people putting in coins other than quarters. We will be back when in Yuma!"

"THIS PLACE CONTINUALLY STEALS MY MONEY. THEY EVEN RAISED THE PRICES, ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS. UNACCEPTABLE."

"My mother and I went one evening last December. She put in $1 in quarters. The machine dispensed water. She put in another $1 in quarters. No water. Pressed the dispensing button. Made sure no excess water. Still no water. She put in $1.00 quarters for the 3rd time. The machine dispensed water. She got $2 worth of water for $3. I called the number the next day. Spoke with someone who seems to be managing the location. She tells me that no one is in the office at all and that she is in and out. She also took down my mom's info including mailing address. I asked her when my mom can expect her $1 back. The person on the other end said when she sends out the mail at the end of the week. No $1 one month+ later. Someone reading this may think it's just $1. Then I say back how many $1 are never refunded if ever reported over the life of the business? Whoever manages the place, will gladly use my mother's $1 along with anyone else who never got a refund and use it to keep the business going. Only reason for the 2 stars is we were able to get water despite paying an extra $1 and the water is purified."
