"Very clean park. Nice place to detour on your way in or out of Laughlin. My family saw a cool salamander and my cousin got some good pictures. Loved the fresh air and the ducks, even if it was sad to see the water so low."

"Great stop for lunch. Originally named Bullhead Dam, Davis Dam was renamed in honor of Arthur Powell Davis, the third director of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. Construction on the dam began in 1949 and was completed in 1953. The dam serves several important purposes, including flood control, hydroelectric power generation, and irrigation water storage #camping #nomad #sprintervanlife #rvliving #rvlife #sprintercampervans #sprintervan #nomad #vancamping #workcation #rvnomads #rvnomad #rv #digitalnomads #digitalnomad #rtr #quartzsitearizona"

"Such a beautiful park. Green grass, so much to explore, the Dam is awesome, park is clean and not one person but me was enjoying the space. Playground area looks fun and has plenty of covered picnic space. Park is also dog friendly!"

"About a 2 mile walk from the main intersection of Laughlin when you get into the casino area. Flat paved path asking the river as well as a dirt/gravel path for horses. Restrooms at both ends and water fountains and covered shade areas every mile or less."

"We love to take the Grandkids to this park. We can take them down to the water to see the ducks. It's not a good place to swim but they can get their feet wet. The park and bathrooms are always spotless. There's a huge padded playground for the kids to climb and jump. The lawn is great as it's very large for kicking a ball around or running on. There's many picnic tables in a covered area to eat lunch under. You can take your dog here but use the dog waste bins to throw it away. Also, keep your dog on a leash especially during the summer as there's been known to be rattlesnakes hiding in the beautiful shrubs along the many paved paths. Keep small children away from these shrubs and plants when it's hot out due to previous snake bites. There's a nice cement platform to fish off near the water but from those from another state be aware that Nevada can impound your car, ATV, Etc. that you have on you if caught fishing without a fishing license. You might not get them back. This park is very large with paved sidewalks everywhere so it's great for long walks. Make sure to visit this absolutely beautiful well-maintained park with on-sight hosts. You won't be disappointed."
