"I reserved a Ramada at red mountain park east mesa. No one shared that the park entrance was going to be closed. I was turned away even had a handicapped notice in my car window. The woman sharing was quite rude at the entrance. That in turn forced my mom 89yrs old with copd to walk more than a half mile to her own birthday party. What a waste of my time setting up late for an event. Poor management from the city $160.00 . Plus a urgent care visit."
