"11/10 experience! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog with separation anxiety and doesn't like cages! Everyone is very very sweet and does a fantastic job each time on my dogs haircut! They are patient with my pup and he always comes back to me so happy and handsome!"
"ASK FOR THOMAS! I have a standard poodle whose hair grows in uneven curl patterns and unfortunately results in uncontrollable matting. I take him once every couple months for a full shave down and bath to start fresh again. This time around, I had the pleasure of having Thomas as our pet stylist! He did a fantastic consultation and set realistic expectations about what he could do with Kevin’s coat. Within 2 hours, I received the call that Kevin was done, and arrived to a perfectly groomed, happy, and healthy dog! Before checking out Thomas helped me to create a plan to maintain Kevin’s fur a bit better than I had been. He’s truly dedicated to his craft and his customer service was outstanding. Will be returning again!"

"They take wonderful care of our Corgi Gus Gus! We love Linette but the others he's seen on her off days have done a fantastic job also. He's basically impossibly to de-shed but they really brush him out and it minimizes what he leaves all over the house. It's great that they're cageless, so he's always in and out, not sitting around in a cage in the back all day. All the staff is so sweet to him, he tends to get attention from more than just the groomer assigned to him that day, and he leaves ready for a photo op. We will only trust him with the best, and look no further.. Twin Tails is the best!"
"I’ve taken my puppy here three times and all visits were great. They are really communicative throughout the process; from drop off with reviewing services that will be done and to pick up time. I trust my dog with them and will continue being a client. I really loved Sarahs work, I asked for a puppy/ teddy bear cut."
