"I've come into this facility for (3) of my pets, my first two was for a cat and my female German Shepard and never had any issues. Coming in for a third time with my male German Shepard I was left very uneasy leaving him in their care. The vet & vet tech were making judgement calls about my dog before even knowing him and labeling him as an aggressive dog, even though he was the most well behaved larger dog in the waiting room. While other dogs were showing way more aggressive behavior. Was my dog scare being in a vets office, yes, just as most dogs, animals are. But my female German Shepard didn't act any different then my male. Again, I just left the facility feeling very uneasy as the vet was labeling ME as a bad bet owner, and that my male is an aggressive dog. Even though, my dog didn't show any aggression towards any dogs, he may have been scared with the vet & vet tech as most dogs who are loyal to their owners aren't going to be comfortable with strangers. We were making process when the vet tech got to his level and I sat next to her and he started licking but as young German Shepard's sometimes get mouthy, he was never purposely trying to bite but that's just how he tries to lick. Though I think the vet tech got scared. If you are scared of being around dogs, don't be a vet tech."

"Loved this place for getting my dog shots. Very affordable and the staff is very nice! On Fridays it's first come first serve.. So you sign in and wait. We waited approximately 2 hours for shots. They text you when your appointment is ready so you can wait in your car or drive back to the clinic if you're really close. They see dogs and cats. They do spay and neuter upon appointments. Great place!"

"Please read this before you make an appointment. I say that because most of the people including myself who showed up to have our pet spayed or neutered, had no idea what to expect. Keep in mind that they do offer some other services such as microchipping and these are also the best prices I could find in our area. We all love our pets very much, but I find it ridiculous that every visit to the vet cost $400 or more, than this is your place! If you want the spa like North Scottsdale experience, this isn’t the place for you. That being said, the low cost does not mean that you are not going to get great care for your pet. I was extremely pleased with the care my dog received and now six days after his procedure he is doing great! Some helpful advice, First of all show up early so you do not have to wait for a long time to have the initial check with your pet completed upon arrival. The doors open at 6:45 AM and from what I have learned, if you show up by 7 AM there shouldn’t be too many people in line in front of you. Upon your initial check in they will take down your phone number and send you a text to tell you they are ready to see you and your pet for the initial exam. I arrived at 6:50 AM and I went through and completed the initial exam and left my dog with the clinic at 7:30 AM but if you show up later you could end up waiting a couple of hours to be seen. Also, it can be kind of chaotic in the waiting area as there are many dogs and cats waiting to be seen. I suggest that once you check in take your pet outside with you, back to your car or for a walk in front of the stores because they will text you when they’re ready to have your pet examined and that way your pet will not be stressed out waiting in the lobby area. Once you leave your pet, they will then ask you to come back between 5 and 6 PM to pick up your pet. It’s best to show up closer to 5 PM so you do not have to wait behind a bunch of other people picking up their pets also, you must pick your dog up by 6pm! My dog is doing great. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Also, it’s important to note that the recovery (at least for dogs) is about 14 days where they want your pet to have very little activity so please keep that in mind as well. Update- it’s now been the required 14 days of very little activity, and I was amazed at how fast and how well he has healed. For me, it was really hard not to start taking him for walks and doing Physical activities with him because he seemed completely recovered but after researching online, most professionals do agree with 14 days of very little activity so that’s what I did. I will be referring friends or family that need this service."
