"So I told the groomer what I wanted. I wanted my dog shaved in a cute way. She talked me out of it. Now my dog is shedding everywhere. That's exactly what I didn't want. I also told the groomer and her name was jackie, that I did not want her to clip my dog's nails. I only wanted her to Bevel them dull and leave them long. I want them long so my dog can defend herself in the case of an emergency. She talked me out of this as well. I told her that I trusted her expertise in this matter and to do what she thought was best. Obviously she talked me out of shaving her and that was okay because she has a beautiful fur coat. I also figured that for $80 the ought to brush my dog's teeth. When I mentioned this to the groomer after the fact, she said oh you didn't tell me you wanted that. For $80 I really think that should be included and I shouldn't have to tell her that. I also think she shouldn't get a defensive attitude about it. Here we come to the very very big problem. I think we can all agree that dogs having sharp nails is a very big safety issue especially if they're around the elderly or children. Let me remind you I told Jackie not to clip my dog's nails because the result of that is always Sharp edges. Wackie's negligence left my dogs nails both cut and she forgot to Bevel them at all. They are razor sharp. In reference to calling her back and asking about brushing her teeth I also mentioned that her teeth were razor sharp. She almost began to say she was going to charge me to bring my dog back in for her to correct this. I did tell her this was a safety issue and it was very important to me because my dog stays with me, my grandma, and my four year old son. I had already tipped this woman approximately $30 Maybe more. My total was about $100 to have a medium-sized dog groomed. She did agree to give me a call back to address the matter on another day. However, in her negligence once again, she did not call me back. Flash Forward to today. I take my dog everywhere with me. My dog protects my son. She sits in the backseat with him. In playing with my dog in the backseat my son began to cry and scream. This put me in a panic while driving on the road. I pulled over to discover that her sharp nails had ripped my son's lip open. Had cut open his legs in more than one place. Blood was dripping out of his lip. Wackie had told me that she would be giving me a call back to have Brita come in to brush her teeth and bevel those nails the very next day she returned to work so this was to be two days later. Let me show you what twice over her negligence caused. Let me show you the sharp edges on my puppies claws. Observe the jagged sharp edges. Remember that I called this woman and I told her of my concerns. How important it was to protect my grandma and my son from the sharp edges. I will not be back. I will be contacting my lawyer. I will be calling to demand a refund. Wacky called me back today and decided to just completely Gaslight me in the situation. I totally expected it. So she told me she would call me on Wednesday and let me know when she had an availability between appointments. Now her story is that oh, there was some confusion here and I was supposed to just bring my dog in when I didn't know if there was an availability. Okay, wacky! Thanks for trying to Gaslight me. I'll be contacting my lawyer. The only confusion here is your inability to listen to your customers and do what you promise."

"They used to be affordable at about $80 for our two dogs, and now it's like $135, and after a tip and then a transaction charge, it's closer to $160. That's just too much, especially because they didn't even trim my little dog's face this last time. It's still overgrown and not what we usually get."
